Every purchase made in the online boutique of the Ecomuseum Zoo helps the zoo pursue its mission of environmental education, wildlife conservation and animal welfare. Thank you for your support! 


Once an order is place and paid through our online boutique, the parcel is sent within 24 business hours. Throughout Canada, delivery charges are 8$ for all orders totaling 100$ or less. Delivery is free on orders over 100$.

Item availability

Although online inventory is updated daily, certain items may fall out of stock before the website figures can be amended. If such is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your order.

Returns and exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us! Should you be displeased with your purchase you need only return the item(s) for exchange or refund.

The Ecomuseum Zoo accepts returns or exchanges in the 30 days following the purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, never worn and with a copy of the purchase invoice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are the client’s responsibility. Use the insert provided with your invoice to indicate whether a refund or exchange is requested. When we receive your package we will contact you to discuss the next steps (refund or expedition of exchanged item).

The Ecomuseum Zoo will refund clients with the same method of payment as used in the original transaction.

Items on sale are Final Sales, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The Ecomuseum Zoo retains the right to refuse an exchange or refund request if the merchandise does not match the criteria described in our return and exchange policy.
