All day long on Sunday, July 9th, make yourself comfortable and grab some popcorn as you watch William Kraushaar's documentary - in exclusivity - on the little-known and rare animals that live in Montreal!
At 11 a.m., in the large screening room, come and discuss about urban wildlife at 11 a.m., with the director and one of our zoologists.
Synopsis: Barely 50km long from one end to the other, and covering less than 500km2 in area, the island of Montreal is nonetheless the most densely populated region in Quebec, with 2 million inhabitants. Despite this high concentration of humans, rich and varied wildlife habitats can also be found here, home to familiar and opportunistic animals that have carved out an advantageous place for themselves among humans. But other local species remain largely unknown, confined to the city's few remaining wild spaces, out of sight; discover the secret life of our little-known neighbors!
