For Spring Break 2025, give your kids a unique experience!
Each "Zookeeper for a day" includes:
- A full day at the Ecomuseum Zoo with wildlife experts!
- Prepare meals to feed certain animals in our care!
- Exclusive theme-based activities and animal encounters!
- And many more surprises!
Register your child (from grades one to six) for one or more days, depending on the themes that interest them.
Every day, your child will meet animals from Quebec. Perhaps they will have the chance to meet a large mammal (River Otter, Coyote, Gray Wolf, Canada Lynx, etc.), a bird of prey (Golden Eagle, Rough-legged Hawk, etc.) or a reptile or amphibian (turtle, snake, frog, etc.)!
Monday, March 3, 2025:
Animal Superpowers: Strong noses, sharp eyes, agile hands, and many more abilities!
Through interactive activities and animal encounters, your child will explore how animals use their incredible sensory abilities to perceive the world around them!
Tuesday, March 4, 2025:
Wildlife Architects: The ingenious ways animals build and shape their “homes”!
Through interactive activities and animal encounters, your child will discover several methods that animals use to settle in diverse habitats, from building complex nests to resistant dens and impressive underground structures!
Wednesday, March 5, 2025:
Nature Agents: Scientific missions to protect nature!
Through interactive activities, your child will walk in the shoes of a scientist and learn to support biodiversity, by discovering the challenges of wildlife conservation and the actions taken to protect vulnerable species!
Thursday, March 6, 2025:
Animal Alliances: Prey and predators, competitors and allies… the unexpected connections in the animal kingdom!
Through interactive activities and animal encounters, your child will explore the fascinating social interactions of wild animals, from tiny insects to large mammals, discovering how they communicate, cooperate, and form relationships in their natural habitats!
Friday, March 7, 2025:
Nocturnal Wonders: The mysterious lives of animals active at night!
Through interactive activities and animal encounters, your child will dive into the fascinating world of nocturnal creatures and discover the unique strategies animals use to hunt, navigate, and communicate in the dark!
The activities are bilingual.
Please note that there is no childcare before 9am and after 4pm.
