Construction work is currently planned for the next few weeks on Chemin Sainte-Marie and/or Highway 40. The zoo remains accessible by following the signs!

Note that between June and September the STM offers service on the 419 route on both Saturdays and Sundays stopping right in front of the zoo every 30 minutes between 9am and 5pm.

The most frequently asked questions about the zoo visit!

Of course the length of your visit will depend on the time you spend at each living space. On average, the visit takes approximately 1:30 to see all the animals and have the chance to observe them. The length of your visit will naturally be longer if you choose to take a break for lunch or a snack.

Absolutely. We even have a recommended route on the Ondago mobile app to save you from a passage with stairs in the duck aviary!

Vending machines are available on site for snacks and beverages, but it is best to bring a packed lunch if you are looking for a complete meal. We have an indoor lunch area all year long and an outdoor picnic area (available in May). Please note that BBQs and alcohol are not allowed.
