Gray Wolves are generally quite timid in the wild. But when food is involved, the dynamic changes! Do not miss the chance to meet Akela and Raksha, the Gray Wolves in our care, by offering them all kinds of enriching surprises to start their day off right!
The activity lasts 2 hours. You will first attend an interactive presentation on Wolves, where you’ll learn more about their behavior, their role in nature, and especially their diet! Then, once you’ve become true experts, it will be your turn to jump into action: you’ll get a hands-on experience by preparing the Wolves’ breakfast before their meal is served to them at their living space. That’s when you’ll experience a truly unique moment, as you get to throw your creations into the living space and watch the Wolves explore and enjoy them! You will not regret bringing your camera!
The activity begins at 8:30 a.m., before the zoo opens, and ends at 10:30 a.m. The activity is led by one of our zoologists, who are experts in all things Quebec wildlife, so be sure to ask them any questions or curiosities that come to mind throughout the activity! You will then have the opportunity to visit the Ecomuseum Zoo freely as the price of admission is included in the activity cost.
Please note that children under 5 years old will not be admitted to this activity.
Reservations are required in advance required.
