Physical appearance
The colors of my plumage vary in relation to the region in which I live, but once I reach adulthood you should recognize me easily by the way I soar through the sky and by the strikingly red feathers on the top of my tail. But pay attention! I’ll need to be at the correct angle as my tail looks quite white from below. Observe closely!
Did you know?
A cry worthy of Hollywood movies!

Did you know?
Although it’s not always easy to identify me from a distance, you can rely on my unmistakeable voice. My call is very popular in old Western films. In general it is my call that you hear even when the animal shown is an eagle or a falcon!
Habitat
They keep a very clean nest.

Habitat
During the construction of our nest and as we raise our young, we take turns depositing fresh greenery in the nest: fresh leaves, pine needles, etc. Cleanliness reigns in the nest! Biologists do not know why we do this.
